My name is Ian Smith. I work in systems adminsitration and own a small web hosting company. I have been working with computers from a very early age and have found that they have become my passion in life. I currently hold two degrees in Computer Network Administration and Security Technology one focusing on database and *NIX and the other on Microsoft environments. I also have a seperate computer science degree.
My hobies include cooking, photography, and the pursuit of knowledge. My primary area of interest is network security, this is has been the majority of my professional life for the last few years. Right now I am focusing most of my energy on my work and private studies. I have been known to consult at the occational restaurant from time to time as well.
Founder/CTO - We are very happy to have served our customers for the last six years, and we look forward to supporting our customers' move to new environents in the near future. We are working diligently with Wolford Communications to bring you under their roof of products without any interruption of service for our customers.
I.S. Manager - I oversee all of the daily operations of the Information Services department. Responsibilities include help desk, systems development, network administration, systems administration, government defence cyber security compliance, and general long term technology strategy for a company of more than 100 employees.
Saucier - I ran a sautee line for a bit at Prime 93, a white table cloth Greek/Mediterranean restaurant.
Saucier - During my time at the 356 Fighter Group, a traditional steakhouse, I worked my way through every position in the kitchen to make it to Saucier. My duties included management of the kitchen staff, the creation of specials, and running a sautee line.
IT Technician - While working as a contractor with Lake Local Schools it was our team's responsibility to redeploy all of the school district's computers. I also worked helpdesk there for a time.
Cook - I was in charge of the kitchen during my shifts.
